Driven by a deep passion for advocating for women’s choices during pregnancy, Hazel is making a meaningful return to our health service as one of our newest midwifery graduates. After successfully completing her student placements, she is eager to embark on this new chapter in her career.
Reflecting on her time as a student, Hazel shares, “I spent most of my time observing how my buddy nurses and midwives collaborated with their colleagues. And finally, it’s my turn to be involved in a team and contribute to patient care.”
As she steps into her graduate year, Hazel is also looking forward to refining her clinical skills and gaining hands-on experience over the next 12 months.
With her dedication and enthusiasm, Hazel is ready to make a meaningful impact on the lives of expectant mothers and their families, reinforcing the importance of compassionate, patient-centred maternity care.
