Trudy is an experienced lawyer specialising in health and medico-legal law, enterprise risk management, compliance and corporate governance. Trudy has extensive experience in executive leadership, workplace health and safety, industrial and employee relations, leadership development and driving a thriving and health workplace culture.
Trudy is currently Executive Director People, Culture and Governance, with executive responsibilities for legal services, enterprise risk, compliance and privacy, and people and culture. Trudy commenced her career as a registered nurse. Trudy is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and is an experienced Board Director in the healthcare and community sector.
